Laura is a certified spin instructor and retired gymnast who began her fitness journey after being forced to give up gymnastics due to an injury which left her with a constant weight loss and body image battle. In 2015 Laura came to PRX as a one of our challenge participants, just hoping to lose a few pounds. What she found was a passion for all things fitness and a new career. Laura now brings that same passion to PRX through her cycling classes that combine inspiring beats with a high intensity fat melting workout. When she’s not making you drop every ounce of sweat on the bike, she’s being a supermom to an amazing 6- year old little girl who is her motivation for all things in and out of the gym.
