West is an NASM PT and student of the fitness world. As a former high school and college athlete from Connecticut, he was no stranger to fitness. After moving to NYC and late hours behind a desk, though, he found little to no time to feed his passion. PRX changed all that for him. West became fascinated with the puzzle that is the human body and understanding how exercise can correct muscle imbalances, enhance proper form, strengthen the mind and body and lead to a long and healthy life. With a Masters in Counseling, he is uniquely able to connect with clients to uncover their needs in order to help them reach their goals. West loves sharing tips on exercise, healthy eating and stresses the benefits of doing something right whether it’s in everyday life or when hitting the gym for a sweat session. Whether it’s on a bike, on the court, or in the field, West loves staying active when he’s not bringing the heat teaching one of his classes.
